Grounded space for somatic integration

Hi, I'm Rebecca. I integrate Usui Holy Fire® Tibetan and Shamanic Reiki with additional professional training in sexology and Shamanic Breathwork to hold a safe container for emotional processing and healing.

After multiple traumatic pelvic surgeries left me with chronic pain and PTSD, I found my way to Reiki and Shamanic Breathwork around 2018.

In healing circles since, I've become a voice to bring in sexual trauma, as well as what I call "the Medicine of Pleasure." These experiences led me to complete advanced training in intimacy coaching at Somatica® Institute.

Vesta's Flame integrates these personal experiences with the tools I have experienced as both client and practitioner in my own healing journey. Vesta's Flame is my vision to bring the light into the darkness, when that is welcome, and to nurture the inner flame of aliveness.

Many clients come for general well-being, but my specialized training provides additional tools to assist in processing some of the deeper things our bodies can hold--from inner child patterning to intimacy wounds and traumas--if relevant. Most importantly, I prioritize clients' agency and safety, so you are always the boss of your experience.
